will be adding a 10K course to the event!
- Scenic out and back course 5K and 10K and Kids Fun Run 1K and a VIRTUAL run for those out of the area!

First Annual Rock The Run Recap:
Thank you for making our first annual Rock The Run 5K run/walk a huge success! We granted $7,000 to Children's Hospital Los Angeles specifically Dr. Mascarenhas to open up a clincil trial to help kids with cancer. Read more about the trial here.

What Rock The Run participants got
First Place Overall Male and Female got $100 Gift Certificate to Future Track Running Center!
All participants got a t-shirt and medals were given to the top three in male/female age groups.
Raffle prizes featured an acoustic guitar, an electric bass guitar, a Facial Gift Certificate, Gift Certificate to Ladyface Ale Tour and flight tasting (must be 21 and over), Boulderdash gift certificate, Ciscos Restaurant Gift Certificate, Jersey Mike's Gift Certificates, Just Blown Away gift basket and more!
Athletes food was free bagels (donated by Western Bagels), bananas and fruit cups (donated by Dole), Water Bottles (Trader Joes), and GogoSqueeZ. Cookies by Jersey Mikes.
Post Race Munchies to purchase by Robeck Juice, TIFA and Jersey Dogs. Portion of proceeds go to Shred Kids' Cancer!
